Lashlabgo supplies professional lash artists with high-quality premade volume fans, classic lashes, adhesives, and tools. We are an international online store dedicated to making your workflow faster and easier.

Who We Are

Lashlabgo is operated by HYGGO PTY LTD (ABN 26 680 569 653), based in Melbourne, Australia. We trade internationally, serving lash artists around the world. Our governing law for terms of use is the laws of Victoria, Australia. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.

What We Sell

We specialize in products for eyelash extensions, including:

• Premade volume fans designed to open easily for quick application.
• Classic lashes.
• Professional adhesives.
• Lash application tools.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard tracked shipping to all countries we deliver to. You can see the specific list of supported countries at checkout. There is no minimum order value.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days. We place your order with our supplier partner, who packs it and hands it to the carrier.
• Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Some countries and remote areas may take up to 20 business days.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear after dispatch.
• Multiple items: Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

If an item in your order cannot be delivered to your address, we will inform you within 1 business day and refund that item in full. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for parcels sent to wrong addresses entered by the shopper.

If your order has not arrived after 20 business days from the order date, please contact us. We will either re-send the item or provide a full refund.

Customs and Taxes

Prices are shown and charged in your local currency. Where the destination country charges VAT or GST on imports, it is included in the price shown. In some countries (for example, Canada), sales tax is shown and added at checkout. For other locations, any import duties or taxes are set and collected by the destination country upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Change of mind: You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us with your order number. We will reply within 1 business day with instructions and the return address, which may be in another country. You pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges; please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Items that are used, assembled, have broken hygiene seals, or are personalised cannot be returned for change of mind.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong items: Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will refund you in full or send a replacement at no cost to you.

Refund timing: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days after the return arrives. Your bank or PayPal may take 5–10 business days to show the funds.

Your mandatory consumer protection laws always apply in addition to these policies.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We never see your full card numbers. Payment is taken when the order is placed. We do not offer buy now, pay later services such as Afterpay or Klarna. If a payment is declined, please try another card or PayPal, or contact us.
